The Club BWI is located after security in Concourse D, close to Gate D10. Travellers departing from Concourse E can reach it through the D/E connector. If your flight leaves from Concourses A, B or C, visiting the lounge may require passing through security again, so allow extra time.
The lounge currently opens daily from 4:15 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Hours can change, particularly during holidays or operational disruptions, so check again before travelling.
What does the US$50 pass include?
The operator currently lists admission at US$50 per person. The lounge provides complimentary snacks, refreshments, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, alongside Wi-Fi, charging opportunities, work areas and runway views.
This combination may offer better value to travellers who would otherwise buy a meal and drinks inside the terminal while waiting several hours. Flight-information screens are available, but the lounge does not make boarding announcements.
Who can enter—and for how long?
The Club BWI is a shared-use lounge rather than an airline-exclusive facility. Travellers can enter with a purchased Club pass or an eligible lounge-membership programme, subject to the conditions and availability attached to that programme.
Paid reservations permit entry up to three hours before the scheduled departure time. Online passes normally need to be purchased in advance, while walk-in access is not guaranteed.
Because the lounge is beyond security, you must be a checked-in departing passenger who can access Concourse D. Bring your booking confirmation and required flight documents. A lounge pass does not replace a valid boarding pass.
Is it the right choice for your trip?
The Club BWI is most useful for economy passengers wanting food, drinks, Wi-Fi and a calmer workspace before a flight from Concourses D or E. It may be less practical for a short connection or a departure from Concourses A–C.
Infants under two may enter free, while children aged two and older require their own admission. Guests aged 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
